- Reflection: It significantly increases the reflection of unwanted radiant thermal energy, utilising its Metalised Laminant /air-bubble/Metailised laminated configuration.
- Conduction Reduction: The design of InsulBox® reduces the conduction of unwanted thermal energy through contact.
- Convection Reduction: It effectively diminishes the convection of unwanted thermal energy via air movement.
InsulBox® stands out for its logistical efficiency and environmental thoughtfulness, offering an alternative to traditional polystyrene products. It is a single piece compared to the 2-3 piece EPS systems, with one pallet of InsulBox® equalling 8-10 pallets of EPS. Additionally, it meets ISTA 7d testing standards and is comparable to EPS in performance, without the tooling costs associated with size changes in EPS boxes.
InsulBox® is recognised for meeting US and MOD Military standards, when used during air freight. Reusable and foldable for easy return, InsulBox® adds almost no extra weight to freight, ensuring maximum protection with minimal environmental impact.

What is InsulBox®?
InsulBox® is a custom manufactured thermal protection box liner that can manage temperature when transporting or storing small temperature-sensitive organic or pharmaceutical goods.
InsulBox® box liners also protect against moisture as they provide a barrier between the outer box and the product being shipped.
InsulBox® box liners are ideal for protecting temperature-sensitive products during short haul transportation such as courier deliveries and for protecting goods prior to use or longer term storage.
